Having been postponed due to poor weather on September 27th, the pupils from 3rd to 6th class travelled to Thurles on October 3rd for our annual Cross Country outing. The weather proved much more favorable & we enjoyed a great day out. Our pupils returned to school with a number of individual medals, as well as a team medal for 3rd & 4th class girls. The journey home would not have been complete without the traditional stop-off in McDonalds for an ice-cream sundae.
